An Option to Plastic Facial Surgery (1)

Who is a lovely candidate for plastic facial surgery?
Before you start to think about plastic facial surgery you ought to first choose if you are even a lovely candidate.
If you are fat your heart has extra stress then surgery may not be advisable. If you smoke or drink heavily, you may not be a lovely candidate. Any and all health conditions should be discussed openly with a cosmetic surgeon so they can help you make the most informed decision.

An Option to Plastic Facial Surgery (2)

It is important to have realistic expectations & not expect plastic surgery to change your life. A nice candidate also accepts the disadvantages of plastic surgery (cost, inconvenience, discomfort, & medical risk, & the real possibility of undesirable results). If you do not meet each criteria, it does not mean you won't be a nice candidate for plastic surgery. If you meet none of them, it is more likely the doctor will need some lifestyle changes prior to having surgery.
Good candidates for cosmetic surgery are close to their ideal weight (within 30%), non-smokers, emotionally stable, with low stress, exercise & maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is also wise to drink less than 5 ounces of alcohol a week & limit caffeine.
